Our leadership team is encouraging and respectful. They don't shoot the messenger but encourage open discourse to find ways to prevent future issues. They are genuinely empathetic to our lives outside of work.
I love how down to earth everyone is. No one on the leadership team has a "better than you" attitude. They are kind to everyone and listen to everyones ideas.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking action instead of giving lip service to issues of diversity, inclusion, and equity. I've been at Pendo for over a year, and for a full year they've been talking about how diversity is important, etc, but if you look at our stats - we've actually gotten whiter in 2020.
