Great team, super supportive, great product, great benefits.

Focus on camaraderie and diversity (though the motivations behind seem to be self-serving)
They are approachable and transparent
Management is incredibly supportive and always there when you need them. They truly care about your development both professionally and personally.
Review from Sales Dept
They're accessible and actively trying to unblock for us.
direct, transparent, and well connected for growth
Taking action instead of giving lip service to issues of diversity, inclusion, and equity. I've been at Pendo for over a year, and for a full year they've been talking about how diversity is important, etc, but if you look at our stats - we've actually gotten whiter in 2020.
Health Insurance is pretty decent
Unlimited vacation. Flexible hours. Free food.
I came from a Nordic company so I was worried the benefits wouldnt compare. I've been pleasantly surprised!
family coverage is really great
The RSU's are a really nice bonus plus I have a guaranteed bonus after my first full year at Pendo, totally 15% of my current salary. I feel I am compensated fairly and competitively plus the work perks are such a nice "icing on the cake"!
Review from IT Dept
I am the lowest paid employee on my team and I am a woman of color. I get paid less than the person I trained. I am not the only one this is happening to either. It is very frustrating to experience.
I'm in Europe, I feel like the benefits could be better based on what I see at other similar sized companies here. I think this will change in time though. In regards to stock, again, compared to other companies sales staff I feel like Pendo's stock granted is low.
Review from Sales Dept
I think for my position that I'm not market.
401k match would be great
There is no pay transparency. When I've spoken to peers directly about compensation, I've consistently found that male peers are paid more. I would feel better about my compensation if I were being compensated fairly.
Review from Engineering Dept
I work with some of the most competent and approachable people.
Proactive people that are likeable to work with as well
My team is very hardworking. We are there for each other as well. We have been through a tremendous amount of change over a year, but we remain positive and hardworking.
It is a team effort; everyone is motivated to succeed together
Super collaborative, friendly, driven, passionate people.
Review from HR Dept
There are some Pendo sycophants for sure - because there are few 'cool' tech companies HQ'd in Raleigh, there are people who think that Pendo can do no wrong, which blinds them to the harsh realities that some of us face every day.
More cross functional communication is needed
Review from Sales Dept
Employees feel heard and seen! We celebrate all wins together.
Review from HR Dept
We're constantly relatjng things back to our core values
smart colleagues, eager to help out when you have questions
Everyone goes out of their way to help each other.
Review from Marketing Dept
Everyone working towards a common goal with passion while having fun

The interviewers were empathetic and patient. You don't see that every day!
I had 7 interviews. Process took about 1.5 months. But I understand, they want to make sure they are hiring the right person.
Review from Sales Dept
I felt very prepared. I was given everything needed to be successful.
variety of teams were on interview panel
I had a clear sense and vision of what the job entailed plus the people I would be surrounded by. While it was a very long interview process (almost 10 different interviews!), I'm glad that this is their process because you really get to understand what the job is & who you'll be working with/for
Review from IT Dept
I believe the necessary improvements have been made since i interviewed
Review from Marketing Dept
I just ended up talking to 3 different people and asked the same questions by all 3 of them. It seemed more like a personality driven interview rather than a skills based interview.
Review from Sales Dept
Be respectful of people's time. Job seekers may not have weeks and months to dedicate to interviewing. There's little flexibility for people who can't take full weekdays off to interview for 3-4 hours. As long as the CEO has the final say in a candidate, we're going to get whiter and more male.
Working with my colleagues, both in my role but also across several departments
Lots of opportunities and good compensation
ability to raise questions, find fast solutions
The fact that I always have something new to challenge me - I never know what the day will bring and it's incredibly exciting and addicting in a way. I love a good puzzle and so currently this is what makes me most happy at work. Plus the team and my boss can't be beat!
Review from IT Dept
Its challenging, fun and inspiring.
Review from Marketing Dept
There seems to be an unrealistic expectation that we will IPO very soon.

The product and the branding
Review from Product Dept
Pendo's diversity and inclusion efforts are a good start and I believe company leadership true wants to do the right thing. However, we must remember to listen to under-represented and marginalized groups before acting, even with the best intentions.
