What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very hardworking. We are there for each other as well. We have been through a tremendous amount of change over a year, but we remain positive and hardworking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am the lowest paid employee on my team and I am a woman of color. I get paid less than the person I trained. I am not the only one this is happening to either. It is very frustrating to experience.
