What is the best part about your compensation package?
As of recently, pay has become competitive. There is reason to believe that this is a more recent development and that it's been a struggle to pull folks up who were hired earlier in the history of the company.

While there's a consistent and mutually agreed upon urgency to the work everyone does, it's never ever weaponized in any way. Personal health and happiness is the trump card. Also everyone is just super fun!
