The interviewers were empathetic and patient. You don't see that every day!
I had 7 interviews. Process took about 1.5 months. But I understand, they want to make sure they are hiring the right person.
Review from Sales Dept
I felt very prepared. I was given everything needed to be successful.
variety of teams were on interview panel
I had a clear sense and vision of what the job entailed plus the people I would be surrounded by. While it was a very long interview process (almost 10 different interviews!), I'm glad that this is their process because you really get to understand what the job is & who you'll be working with/for
Review from IT Dept
Meeting many members of the team at all levels.

All the insights and meeting future teammates
Meeting so many people on my team prior to day 1 - I not only had a clear idea of what to expect, I also arrived feeling comfortable day one since I had met most of the team.
I enjoyed that I met a variety of people, including peers. I also liked that my interviewers were interested in my questions.
Review from Sales Dept
got to know several people who were all very honest about pros and cons of the company
Technical interviews were not focused on syntax or perfect design. They were about communication, problem-solving, and thought process: the things that really matter day-to-day.
You get to interact with various people from different groups that you would be working with which helps gice some idea of how the intergroup dynamics work.
I was able to speak to many different types of people inside the company - including the CEO
Every single interviewer was engaged, answered all interviewee questions, and committed to finding the right fit.

While there are classic whiteboarding problems, they're not judged soley on correctness. How candidates respond and their processes for getting there are also just as important. it makes me feel like their looking at it as a holistic process and not just a "yes or no" problem set.
I love how transparent they are about where you are in the process and what is next steps. It is a long process but I learned a lot from going through the process. It also makes it so much better when you get the job because of the work you put into it.
The panelist spoke about the company, the role, and its core values. There was structure to the interview process.
it was very thoughtful and creative
Review from HR Dept
Level of transparency, the communication throughout the entire process. I felt like it was a great reflection of what it would be like if I were to join the company.
Review from Sales Dept
I was able to meet a lot of team members I would be joining and get a sense of where I can help out
I believe the necessary improvements have been made since i interviewed
Review from Marketing Dept
I just ended up talking to 3 different people and asked the same questions by all 3 of them. It seemed more like a personality driven interview rather than a skills based interview.
Review from Sales Dept
Be respectful of people's time. Job seekers may not have weeks and months to dedicate to interviewing. There's little flexibility for people who can't take full weekdays off to interview for 3-4 hours. As long as the CEO has the final say in a candidate, we're going to get whiter and more male.
