What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my colleagues, both in my role but also across several departments
Lots of opportunities and good compensation
ability to raise questions, find fast solutions
The fact that I always have something new to challenge me - I never know what the day will bring and it's incredibly exciting and addicting in a way. I love a good puzzle and so currently this is what makes me most happy at work. Plus the team and my boss can't be beat!

Pendo's diversity and inclusion efforts are a good start and I believe company leadership true wants to do the right thing. However, we must remember to listen to under-represented and marginalized groups before acting, even with the best intentions.
