What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that there are many different benefits. My most valued is free health insurance.

Priced competitively with not just the companies that already exist in Raleigh, but also with the tech giants that have already made plans to come to RDU. Pendo additionally covers a multitude of quality-of-life services - gym memberships, WFH equipment, professional development courses, etc

Being paid fairly compared to market. I had no idea how much I was being underpaid with my experience, until my Pendo offer. To be able to have financial security without questioning if I have enough to support my mom is truly life changing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm in Europe, I feel like the benefits could be better based on what I see at other similar sized companies here. I think this will change in time though. In regards to stock, again, compared to other companies sales staff I feel like Pendo's stock granted is low.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I had 7 interviews. Process took about 1.5 months. But I understand, they want to make sure they are hiring the right person.

I just ended up talking to 3 different people and asked the same questions by all 3 of them. It seemed more like a personality driven interview rather than a skills based interview.
