I've had a rough couple years career-wise in my pandemic, and Pendo has restored my faith that there are still great companies with great people out there. The steady, incredible culture (even during hyper-growth), and incredible products are two things I love about being here.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pendo's core values are lived and breathed across the entire company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Level of transparency, the communication throughout the entire process. I felt like it was a great reflection of what it would be like if I were to join the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the level of transparency the leadership provides us, as well as the culture and support they provide... always a great sign when you can be unabashedly yourself, even with leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is truly world-class, comprised of so many incredible individuals. To be fully remote, to only have met them a couple of times, but still be able to grow close with my team members is something special.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being paid fairly compared to market. I had no idea how much I was being underpaid with my experience, until my Pendo offer. To be able to have financial security without questioning if I have enough to support my mom is truly life changing.
