The projects are always slightly different and challenging. With a flexible product that is still defining the market, I'm always presented with new projects from customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're learning but the team does a great job not pressuring employees to attend every company meeting. Each meeting is recorded and provides an opportunity for people to ask questions, but attendance is not mandatory.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team has a tremendous amount of experience helping companies grow sustainably. There is a significant focus on employee experience, and it shows how quickly we pivot to focus on what's best for our customers/employees.
