What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency and commitment to my personal growth. I've never felt valued at a company before and this is a first time for me where I felt like my professional opinion was not only heard but listened to and actioned upon. I have complete confidence and respect for Pendo's leadership team!

I love how human and down to earth they are, they don't stay on a corner office behind close doors, they seat next to you and make conversation with anyone, the type of small chat and big chat you have with all your co-workers, I love that.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The RSU's are a really nice bonus plus I have a guaranteed bonus after my first full year at Pendo, totally 15% of my current salary. I feel I am compensated fairly and competitively plus the work perks are such a nice "icing on the cake"!

I love the tuition and self improvement reimbursement, unlimited PTO, great accommodations in the office, free snacks, lunches, coffee from baristas onsite, etc.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative, intelligent, and hard-working individuals who actually care about what they're doing and the success of the team as a whole. I've never been a part of such a stellar bunch of team members and they make coming into work the best part of my day.

We really strive to hire the best talent and to encourage people to socialize with events and meetings to share in a transparent way all the metrics and situations in the company

What did you like most about the interview process?
I had a clear sense and vision of what the job entailed plus the people I would be surrounded by. While it was a very long interview process (almost 10 different interviews!), I'm glad that this is their process because you really get to understand what the job is & who you'll be working with/for

What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I always have something new to challenge me - I never know what the day will bring and it's incredibly exciting and addicting in a way. I love a good puzzle and so currently this is what makes me most happy at work. Plus the team and my boss can't be beat!
