I love the tuition and self improvement reimbursement, unlimited PTO, great accommodations in the office, free snacks, lunches, coffee from baristas onsite, etc.

We support each other, is not a ladder mentality instead is a team mentality on how we all can win and move forward

I like the communication the recruiting team had with me, it was a long process, but they kept me updated on how was going

We really strive to hire the best talent and to encourage people to socialize with events and meetings to share in a transparent way all the metrics and situations in the company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how human and down to earth they are, they don't stay on a corner office behind close doors, they seat next to you and make conversation with anyone, the type of small chat and big chat you have with all your co-workers, I love that.
