Meaningful work. Working together with my team. Earning recognition for the good work we are doing with customers and the general public.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is very competitive in the Raleigh-Durham area and the opportunity to have stock options in a company with as much ambition and promise as Pendo is exciting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A lot of grassroots efforts bubble up here, from department sponsored and themed happy hours to volunteer activities to group workouts. There's also a lot of collaboration around company-wide goals and initiatives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders at Pendo are driven and competitive but still human. They care for each individual at Pendo and want to help us succeed in our roles. They are humble and willing to sacrifice personal gain or recognition for the betterment of their team members and Pendo as a whole.
