For the most part our leaders are transparent, open and honest with the workforce. We have a great culture overall which goes straight to the top.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are continually on a mission to improve themselves and others. Culture plays a huge part and everyone plays a role in really living their own and company values.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As you can tell on many public forums, Pendo have an awesome, welcoming and inclusive culture. Everyone loves making new hires feel welcome and creating a positive environment for old and new colleagues.
