the energy people bring to the workplace and them living out the core values from the top down.

They weren't trying to trip me up. There was honesty and real conversations happening. It was laid back yet serious.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Personal and approachable. Genuinely seems like they want to work at Pendo and do a good job. No power trips that I've come across.
What makes you most happy at work?
No micro-managing. Freedom to do my work and the trust/faith my team has in me to do my job to the best of my ability. Room for errors.
