Mostly positive with an inclusive culture and positive outlook. Negative experiences have been with specific people, but I also don't have a positive view of how others have been treated when they went to HR for help. In my experience also, HR have been dismissive.

Focus on camaraderie and diversity (though the motivations behind seem to be self-serving)
