The presentation portion. It took lots of prep but was a clear preview of what most of my daily interactions would look like now that I have the job.

One of the core believes of this company is for each employee to have "child-like joy." In the interview process, we ask that interviewees present their childlike joy, to not only get a taste of what our culture is like, but also to help loosen up the interviewee so they aren't as nervous.
