I've never worked at a company like this. For the first time in my career I can confidently answer the question of "where I see myself in five years" with, "progressing my career at Gainsight".

The process was made very clear from the beginning, so I knew what to expect in terms of next steps, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Gainsight demonstrates in all aspects of compensation, benefits, etc. that they care about their employees quality of life, and will reward hard work very fairly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is hungry to be successful, and puts the work in for the betterment not only of themselves, but for Gainsight as a whole.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a part of a growing company, and in turn, a growing industry, and knowing that the work we do is growing that industry around the world, every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The core values are on display day in and day out. We are treated with respect, we work hard, we have fun, with the added benefit of the occasional pup in the office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company values, which largely revolve around being "human first" and treating others as you would like to be treated, is on display, top-down, every minute of every day. Nick and leadership absolutely embody these core values with every member of the organization.
