At Gainsight, I feel like I have a voice. It's hard to incorporate the thoughts and ideas of 500+ people but here, there's definitely an effort made to try to do just that.

The people I work with make the happiest.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The majority of our leadership team is incredibly personable, transparent, and eager to do their part in driving the company forward.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've never once woken up in the morning and dreaded coming in to work at Gainsight. My team is incredibly down to earth, void of egos, and always willing to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the fact that Nick really does his best to live out our company values says a lot. It trickles down. I can't speak for the other offices but the vibes in the Phoenix office are great.
