Integrity & Values and commitment to achieve high results. Our leadership has extremely high bar for excellence and results, but also has the expectation of achieving those results from a Human First view point.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was very much aligned and transparent with my boss, and she was the same way with me. We agreed mutually it was a good fit, instead of figuring that out once we started.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like us to have better benefits and perks. While our core health benefits are extraordinary, I like to see Gainsight invest in a 401k match and other wellness benefits like mental and physical health.
