Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They cut most benefits and raises don't happen, if they do it is literally crumbs you won't notice.

Better pay, incentives to push for pro signups/ warranties

Being paid more and being offered paid time off.

I pulled a lot of weight for the store and had great performance numbers, but we were getting paid less than 10 dollars an hour. Better hours and obviously better pay.

I feel undervalued because of the amount of money I get paid for the amount of work. 10 dollars an hour does not cut it, when I can be working at Walmart, making 14-16 an hour and doing less work without harsh Quotas.

Store Leaders do far more than what the same title does at any other retail company yet they are paid much less than the national average.

Someone who just got hired is making way more than me per hour. I make way more than I make at gamestop just driving my car

Review from Sales Dept

Being paid a livable hourly wage would make me feel as though the company cares whether or not I starve have housing

Better pay, I try to go above and beyond in all workplaces.

My boss uses the term, "You're killing me" whenever a GA or SL gets an answer wrong or doesnt remember at the moment because focus is on the customer and store. He is very demoralizing in that manner. I dont expect anything from him except professionalism and some nuturing when training. Theres more

Review from Sales Dept

They redid who gets bonuses and now the people that need that money don't get it. If you are under a certain level here you basically are not appreciated and don't get paid for it or get the other bonuses and financial rewards. Promotions are about who you know.

I would feel better if I were paid what I deserve and treated how I deserve.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel useless because I am paid as if I am

Review from Sales Dept

It would be nice to get paid higher amount or get half off game prices

Review from Product Dept

I have no benefits are stock options I am paid very little and I am asked to do questionable things

Review from Marketing Dept

Better incentives for extra sales

Review from Sales Dept

If I got a raise and maybe some discounts

Review from Sales Dept

Reward, recognition, job security, better pay, improves working condition, better labor allocation.

Review from Sales Dept

The amount of work and stress related to the job just doesn’t make it worth it.

Many goals are pressed upon the employees, but there are no rewards for going above and beyond to complete those goals. There is no commission aspect, even for selling subscriptions to Game Informer and the rewards program. The reward is you can keep your job. Nothing else.
