Mostly fine but theres not much interest in elevating past a certain point. We are at a tipping point of scalability and I dont feel like we have the leadership and experience needes to do this.

We need leaders who give us goals and let us ideate and provide solutions.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Engagement within my team is low. Theres not much idea sharing. Theres also not much interest in improving.
