The one nice thing is geographical difference so starting pay was actually $15 take home.

GCI evaluates every employees pay every two years against market rates and adjusts them accordingly. GCI also provides merit increases annually.

Everyone helps each other out

Trust. No in-fighting. We don't spend extra time, brain cells and effort second guessing each other.

They all feel the same as i do. Its nice to work with people that see the realities

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

An open door policy. I can literally walk into the CEO or President's office and tell either or both what I think.

Despite any problems, the company is always there to support their employees

What did you like most about the interview process?

Technical conversation, with positive attitude

Interviewed over a phone call.

I liked the portions in person, I believe over video was a lot harder and less personal.

Humor and down-to-earth replies worked for me.

I liked the part where they had me try to sell them a cell phone during the interview
