What is the best part about your compensation package?

health care and time off

The one nice thing is geographical difference so starting pay was actually $15 take home.

GCI evaluates every employees pay every two years against market rates and adjusts them accordingly. GCI also provides merit increases annually.

Opportunity for commissions, nice health insurance options
