What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work together, rather than against each other. They each believe in GCI's mission and focus on our values as well as results.
I love the way my team interacts when it comes down to it, busy days, we need each other to succeed!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
health care and time off
The one nice thing is geographical difference so starting pay was actually $15 take home.
GCI evaluates every employees pay every two years against market rates and adjusts them accordingly. GCI also provides merit increases annually.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone helps each other out
Trust. No in-fighting. We don't spend extra time, brain cells and effort second guessing each other.
They all feel the same as i do. Its nice to work with people that see the realities

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
An open door policy. I can literally walk into the CEO or President's office and tell either or both what I think.

I liked the portions in person, I believe over video was a lot harder and less personal.
