Review from Product Dept

Th reward of doing a good job and completing a task

contributing to the key objectives of the organization and hiring the top talent who are going to give GEA a competitive advantage.

The people that I work with. Everyone knows their job, and they do it well

Review from Product Dept

Coworkers and the products. I really enjoy the product portfolio. That's what's keeping me here.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Manager not flexible. You do things their way or you can find the highway and a new job

There is a lot of history that has proven what is being done wrong by this company. You can't expect to come into the United States of America, create division among the employees, and expect to succeed. Pay your employees and give them 100% insurance!

Review from Operations Dept

It is so top heavy with so many corporate people just standing around watching. There is a constant change of leadership and they try the same things that didn't work for the last person. I've been in my section for 8 years but my knowledge and experience doesn't matter when trying to solve problems
