Treating workers like human beings. At least acting like they care. Be as quick to reward as they are at disciplining. Show a little appreciation every now and then. And most important...be fair.
I purchased refrigerator and it is not performing well. I've reached out to GE and they have sent a tech 2Xs. I was told there is nothing than can be done to correct the issue. I'm disgusted with GE.
Listening to their employees and change their terrible attitudes
Literally have never been communicated with or followed up with and in an "investigation" only told "working on it" even if the issue still happens. Instead of being praised for raising MULTIPLE infractions I was retaliated against. My pay is 21 an hour. Not enough to deal with VOC air and problems.

I started at even lower than 21 an hour. jobs to move up are blocked by senority lists. The average is not 40-50 an hour please do not lie. It is 20-30. The new dismal contract where the company "graciously" gave 21 an hour or .75cent increment raises. So in 10 years i'll make a whopping 28.75.

Other manufacturers pay better and then to give a three year contract with only 6% total raises when inflation this year is over 8. We are making less money
2 more dollars an hour would make the pay worth the effort.
New hires can miss and go over 7points and they will bend over backwards to keep them a 20yr employee hits 7 hes gone. We need better pay better insurance and a pension. This place could careless about employees and there family's PERIOD

Maybe some of them should apologize for the things i had to report and the retaliation I have faced firstly. Then better relations can be fostered. Some coworkers are great. Others not so much. At least it does not smell like a pot farm anymore thoigh after reporting it enough.

Team leads should do their jobs correctly and apologize for harrasing behavior they have done in the past. A few Coworkers should apologize for sexual orientation discrimination as well. Also retaliation and low-key digs shouldnt be a thing either.

Better training. More time together
coming to work and do your job correctly stay off your cell phones
Actually show up for work and take care of the customer and fix the appliances

More employee respect would go a long way
Replace YES managers with managers that know the business.
The company needs to see the value in unity, pay everyone who does the same work, the same amount of pay, and set the priorities on quality rather than quantity. The way things are set up causes people not to care about their job, causes depression, and creates products that are substandard.
Review from Operations Dept
Not owned by a foreign company. Managers who have worked production need to be hired
Review from Operations Dept
Be less focused on diversity. We are passing up good peopke becaise they dont check the right diversity boxes.
Not schedule the last 1.5 hours to be videos.
I've reported plenty and i was ignored, not communicated with and retaliated against so i would say that is up to the people who make more than 590 a week.
Review from Operations Dept · Posted 23 days ago
Who knows everytime I communicated i was ignored, not replied too, or "we are working on it". I don't get paid to fix those problems the people making 50+ dollars an hour do even though ive reported pages of documentation.

Manager not flexible. You do things their way or you can find the highway and a new job
There is a lot of history that has proven what is being done wrong by this company. You can't expect to come into the United States of America, create division among the employees, and expect to succeed. Pay your employees and give them 100% insurance!

It is so top heavy with so many corporate people just standing around watching. There is a constant change of leadership and they try the same things that didn't work for the last person. I've been in my section for 8 years but my knowledge and experience doesn't matter when trying to solve problems
