
Recognizing the workers better and make them feel appreciated
I think the vacation package could be better as well as holidays
Meetings are short. Employees content to be there because they feel they're not being listened too
Basically have managers and T.Ls to listen to us and pass it on to their bosses in a timely manner
Better communication with people on the work floor. We are on the front line. We see everything. We are valuable resources to fix problems
Communication and listening to the workers we are left out of discussion making. Management does what they see is best for workers. Workers are hands on and know what need to be done and what doesn't
