    I was moved to a department I have no knowledge of and no expierence in.

    Modernize HRIS and payroll systems

    Training and cross training and eliminate the incentive it only works for 3 people per shift max. Creating animosity between coworkers. It also creates safety issues with the ones trying to achieve this unachievable goal and skipping steps and cutting corners causing major safety concerns
