Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I was moved to a department I have no knowledge of and no expierence in.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Modernize HRIS and payroll systems
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Training and cross training and eliminate the incentive it only works for 3 people per shift max. Creating animosity between coworkers. It also creates safety issues with the ones trying to achieve this unachievable goal and skipping steps and cutting corners causing major safety concerns
