It isn't the co-workers. It is terrible managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am undervalued, under appreciated, and trying to make a mark is like screaming into a vaccum
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Unproven managers in place to make decisions. No clue to what they are doing. Don't stand up to support staff vs. customer. Customer makes unrealistic demands, and management does not push back.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting to know what are mission is, and how what we have to go through to deliver on unrealistic expectations. We have 3 dopes that have no clue what is going on, yet making the decisions.
