Supervisors that are more suitable need to be put in those positions, not just giving the job to anyone because they're your buddy. A lot of good employees have left because of this favoritism.

They are always open to employee input and have meetings with employees to discuss things they like, don't like or changes to make things better.

It is not so much the coworkers. Supervisors that know the job and understand the job make it so we all work better together

Getting interviewed by supervisors from various trades

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They ask literally 3 questions, no drug testing, no job testing. They're a terrible place to work and have a horrible turnover rate, therefore are just looking to hire many people quickly to meet their needs.
