Allow to work with little supervision
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executive team in particular the CEO was don't concerned in the least about the employees. Pathetic leadership group.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was fairly compensated under the original compensation plan but the company cut my pay significantly during Covid despite the fact the company was making more that year than the year before. Pure money grab.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good teamwork and little to no negativity
The support staff is extraordinary going above and beyond for an ungrateful executive team

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop talking about team work and institute programs and policies that create a cooperative environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick feedback and accomidating to requests
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Extend the number of interview gates.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop lying to their clients by telling them they will sell their company. Year over year GE only sells approximately 20% of the companies it brings on as clients.
