It has been a neutral experience. Generally speaking, most people are kind and pleasant to work with. However, there is no career advancement, no investment in employee development, and lack luster compensation and benefit plans.
Good environment, supportive team, benefits / compensation leaves much to be desired.

Communicate company vision, improve benefits offerings, diversify with clients to retain consultants on billing longer
Base pay is low, commission structure is not competitive, and there is no 401k matching
Everyone is diligent about keeping a positive attitude and looking for ways to make things better.
The team is a group of caring, compassionate, and engaged individuals. Everyone is great to work with.
Team is very supportive and caring about the individual. Its a pretty good culture for being remote.
Providing pathways for career development, investing in employee improvement / education, uniting the company around shared goals, and improving compensation / benefits.
Industry low salaries and an inferior commission structure. Compensation is not aligned with my value or the role/s I am asked to fil.
From a recruiting side, base is low and commission percentages are low. Lower base is fine if commission percentages better reflected the effort involved.
Better base and/or commission structure to be more competitive. Lack of 401k match, no HSA contribution, and no bonus or profit sharing make it average at best
Work-life balance is great, but base pay and commission structure could be improved. Also, with no 401k match, bonus, or profit sharing, it makes it hard to save for retirement.
Compensation is low for the industry and the commission structure is less than ideal. Additionally, there is no annual or semiannual review process and no annual adjustment to base pay.
Everyone supports and encourages each other. It feels like a team that is in it together. Experienced team members coach and guide the junior, and brings everyone along toward our goals.
In general, the company makes an effort to treat employees with respect and value them for who they are as individuals. There is a support network and easy access to management for help when needed. Day-to-day environment is normally friendly and high energy.
