While being newer to the company it is clear it is an uplifting company that celebrates wins and tries their hardest to promote from within. I wish benefits were better, they are not good by industry standard. 401K match would be beneficial and very important.

When I do get to interact everyone for the most part are very fun and laid back.

My direct team is great about supporting each other and ensuring no one is over worked .

The care they show all of their employees from top to bottom. They are transparent and very positive and uplifting.

When we can come together to finish processes that impact the company is a successful way and ensures it streamlines things for the team.
