It has only been positive, and I understand the resent layoffs, but the timing of communicating changes in our comp plan coupled with the layoffs didn't sit well, and the team is still struggling to move forward.

Their focus on the employees vs profits.

The work is challenging and awarding. We are helping businesses solve their problems while helping chance the lives of our Associates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Assurance my base is in line with those doing the same role with less experience than myself, and a comp plan that is obtainable while still stretching myself.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our team, prior to layoffs, rallied around everyone's success on a daily basis, but now the moral is a bit down due to losing team members to resent layoffs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love working in an environment where I can be vulnerable, learn and grow at my own pace, and juat be myself without judgment. Female leadership is also a big plus.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is the most supportive I have ever worked with. They nurture my growth and truly understand what motivates me. I don't feel micromanaged, and their trust in me shows by how they engage with me daily.
