Genesis10’s Angelia Brekke Makes a Difference in Staffing
My experience has been intense due to the volume of work and tight financial deadlines. Our accounting software is antiquated and does not allow for working smart. I really like my Supervisor & Manager. It has been a struggle to make deadlines based upon being new, but more so due to the volume.

Supervisor & manager are great teachers. Challenging to reach sometimes due to all working remotely.

Most everyone on the team participates 100%, all but 1

Approachable, they listen and consider the topic and provide understandable feedback

being productive and seeing the volume of my completed work increase.

need regular communication w/department management, need additional people to distribute work volume.

The flexibility of working from home. Specifically now with the gas prices.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not being heard or acknowledged particularly about stockpiling work load, poor or no communication from my manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being that I am fairly new I can only address the fact that my supervisor & manager are great teachers.

With exception of 1 member, I believe the team works together. We absolutely need communication between manager, supervisor & team. not on same page

Able to work remotely, affords me to travel anywhere any still allows me to get my work done. Also flexible working hours. I typically work between 4 a.m. to 4 p.m. often starting earlier

No idea - We all work from home. Most everything is based on the recriters, salespeople & volume. These folks receive all the perks and attention; while the majority of the company keeps the company functioning
