It is the perfect balance for any employee. It is large enough to have a corporate culture, but small enough where I can still call the owner.

From day 1 I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel I am part of the family. I incorporate my job into my life and if I feel like I am part of a family it makes it that much easier.

The ability to make money.

Truly care about the staff.

My salary, commissions, and ability to earn a bonus.

I think the amount of people who have been here for numerous years shows just about everyone what the environment is like.

They allow me the freedom to run my desk the way I feel it should be run, but always there for advice and suggestions.

Outside of the obvious direction of the company, they generally show true care for you and your family. The message is always work/life balance. Do what you have to do. This to me is the perfect work environment message to retain employees.
