The work/life balance - being able to work hard, but also be available for my child

They are genuine, kind, and compassionate. They do everything they can to fully support career goals, help employees reach their maximum potential, and support employees outside the workplace. They truly care about their people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base salary is not enough to live on or support a family. I suggest either providing a more competitive base pay or increasing percentage of commission. Maybe even look at a tier - starting with higher base salary with lower commission % the first year and then slowly lowering base and raising comm
