They are all hard working team players who are always there to help when needed, and with a smile on their faces. :)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher base pay, and especially after 30 years of recruiting experience, however, I know these are hard times and love everything about Genesis10 and hope to retire here.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work culture at Genesis10 is phenomenal, the people and staff are all helpful and friendly hard-working people, and am provided with the tools and information needed to be successful in my role as a Recruiter.
