low salary, expensive benefits, the amount of work and responsibility for the low salary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are open to hearing the feedback, seeing them take it to heart and take action are a different story.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I made a better salary and the benefits offerings were more affordable and comprehensive. All but two offerings currently are not usable in my location.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a true team. We pick each other up and support each other. Work is fairly assigned and we all pitch in to ensure it is complete.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do way more than I was led to believe when interviewing. I would have negotiated a much higher salary if I had known the full scope of my role and the financial responsibilities that came with it. Also, the benefits offerings are too expensive at my current salary. I cannot afford any of them.
