I love working at Genesis10. It feels like a supportive, productive place to contribute my skills while also learning more.

It is a supportive group of people who are proud of the work we do, while also respecting the fact we are all individuals with other things going on in our lives and our need for balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Happy interactions with my team and being productive.

They appear to be genuinely interested in people and their people's success.

Interacting with my team and helping out those we are doing work for.

They clearly care about us as individuals and try to keep everyone engaged and invested.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Admitting when things are chaotic but still moving in positive directions and improving wherever we can.

I am paid fairly and am given opportunities for advancement in my pay and offered a variety of other benefits.

Being able to be of help to move the company forward, helping other people do their jobs by doing mine.

We are all fun, compassionate individuals with the right mindsets to work as a team and help each other succeed and move forward.

We do a lot of things for the company and are a tight-knit team that is very communicative and supportive, both of each other and of the company as a whole.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we are fully remote (my team at least) and feel I am paid fairly for what I do. I also appreciate that work-life balance seems to be genuinely respected here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together wonderfully and help each other out. We work collectively as a team and bond socially despite being remote. We genuinely care about each other's well being as well as the jobs we are each doing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone (especially my team, who I work with most often) are supportive and great to work with. The company as a whole is also flexible and supports a healthy work-life balance, which makes it much easier to do my job well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership team, especially, makes it very clear I am a valued member of the team, and makes sure I feel like I am part of the Genesis10 family. They care about my well being while also ensuring we do a great job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels like a family, which, understandably, will always have its quirks, but people care about each other and the work they are doing which helps everyone do better. While being remote may pose some challenges to building company culture, I think Genesis10 has a spectacular foundation for it.
