Team interaction, celebrating wins - mine and theirs. Happy when I get some traction with a tough req or client.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management trusts us to do our job which is great if you're actually doing your job. They should trust some people less.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our Recruiting team are veterans and true producers, we go with the flow when it's slow and delivery when we get busy. Great team. Sales team needs a lot of help.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being more involved with Sales, it starts there. Our Sales Reps are paper pushers that have zero relationships with our clients; they work off of emails that come from a VMS account and pass the responsibilities to and Admin to submit. This is what I have observed in my office, at least.
