Commisions are great. For MEdical Benefits, there is still scope for better plans.

I can share my thoughts and ideas freely with my manager and leadership.

Everyone in the team over communicates with each other and don't hesitate to share good/bad news.

They are always calm and give confidence that anyone can reach out to them for any help!

Team environment is great, Sales and Delivery are always sharing constructive feedback with each other which will help this team go a long way!

So many things but when a candidate says that we're different than other companies and they love working with us! That's something makes me really happy.

Love it how frequently and consistently we share success of each other and hearing from Harley on monthly calls always motivates individuals to do more and better.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I make that call to let the candidate know that he/she got the job. I know it doesn't happen everyday but nothing beats that feeling especially when someone has been looking for work desperately.
