I've had such a positive experience here! I like the work I'm doing and have had tons of opportunities to take on new projects and grow in my role. I also really enjoy the people I work with every day, even in a remote setting. :)

Our leadership team is very down to earth! They encourage all their peers in a way that doesn't seem like a typical leader to employee relationship.

I love how much individuals care about one another. It is a rare find in most workplaces these days. I genuinely enjoy logging on and getting to see my coworkers!

I enjoy working at a mid-size company where I can see my own impact. I believe I am an asset to Genesis10 and don't get lost in the shuffle if I were at a large corporation.

I love our flat management structure. it's rare for someone in an individual contributor role to have a direct line of communication with the CFO and other execs, but here, that level of access is encouraged. It makes leadership feel approachable and invested in our work.

I love working with a creative team where everyone brings unique perspectives and expertise to the table. It's truly a collaborative environment where open discussion is encouraged, and that collaboration is what makes us so successful! We also have a leaders who believes in each person's potential.
