acknowledging back office and all the hard work we do.

not enough support for back office. there is a level of disrespect from other teams. i have been told my processes are stupid multiple times. in those terms.
What are some of the best things about your team?
to be clear i mean my team directly not the company as a whole. my co workers understand my struggles and help out where they can as i do for them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
all perks and benefits of the job are geared towards sales. when budget cuts need to be made its typically from back office even though we are stretched thin enough. back office and compliance provides multiple trainings and tools to make placements easier the information is never retained
