Being successful and productive. Helping other people and making strong professional connections with co-workers and consultants.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They assist the team in keeping up with the volume from our clients as well as managing consultant care.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility. Most managers seem to be flexible to employees who have children or that maybe just have things they need to do during the day. I'm not afraid to take time off if I need to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits offered at Genesis10 are not competitive with industry standards. I know others who work at staffing firms that offer 401k matching, an out of pocket maximum for healthcare that is $2000+ lower than what is offered here, lower premiums as well as better coverage.
