Company culture is top notch and most of us enjoy being here everyday. I would like to see more career advancement opportunities and commission transparency with some better benefits/more cost effective.

I love Genesis10 - the only thing that I think we could change is offering better quality benefits at a more affordable price.

The commission structure has been fantastic since the change.

They are easy to approach and are eager to assist

Very open about new ideas/opportunities, approachable, and appear to be ethical in how the conduct business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is approachable and open to having conversations. It makes the onboarding process a lot easier and less stressful.

Everyone is friendly and willing to lend a hand. They are good people who want to do their part.

They are a good group of hardworking people. They are honest and have the drive to do well in their roles.

They are very approachable and extremely knowledgeable. It makes me want to engage them and ask questions to become a better recruiter.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have freedom to structure my day how I want with an easy direct line to my Manager if I need anything.

I love the energy of working in a downtown location, free parking, my co workers are good people, and I feel welcome here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Going to Happy Hours, talking about roles and how to find candidates. Everyone is open and communicates well, very easy going team who likes to celebrate wins!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since I am fairly new here, I am unable to answer some of the previous questions regarding raises and stock options. I do feel fairly paid for my experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are highly knowledgeable and very transparent about what happens at the company. I trust they are telling me the truth and know I can lean on them for assistance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the ability to create my own day. I like that we have a manager who is confident in our ability to get our jobs done and we are not micromanaged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture here is very laid back as long as you get your work done. I like that I am able to get up and walk around for a few minutes to break from the computer to get some air and refuel.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do have high deductibles for healthcare, that could be better. Overall, I do feel that we are compensated well. The issue I have is with commissions as we do not get a true %5 commission as advertised, this should be more transparent for all.
