I feel that after over 10 years - I should earn more.

I dont feel undervalued. It would be nice to get a raise even a cost of living.

after over 10 years it would have been nice to be given an increase in PTO - it has been the same since I started. An increase in pay would be nice

I think it would be nice to get an increase even if it was just cost of living yearly. I have had two raises in all the years that I have been with this company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think there are things that can be done to make you feel more valued such as adding vacation time after people have worked numerous years. Additional time should be added after 5 years, 10 years, 15 etc. Matching 401K, better benefits.
