My co-workers are hard working, honest people and they have a lot of integrity.

For the most part I am given direction and I manage my daily activity.

We work with great consultants and I get to see them daily and interact with them.

All of my team works their butts off and they are very good at what they do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary is to low and the recruiters are paid half the commission the sales people are paid, the recruiters should be paid the same commission as the sale staff is paid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been here almost 6 years and I have never received an evaluation, never once given an increase in pay (Salary). I would like a once a year evaluation so I could know how my management feels about the job I'm doing.
