It is very flexible. DIfferent things work for different people, different teams, different branches. All those ways of operating are acceptable. If you produce the required results, your workstyle is your own choice.
There's a lot of little cultures. MN, Finance, Charlotte, etc. But they are all pretty cohesive teams. And, even more so since Covid, we work across our team lines and our geographic lines.
I think we have satisfactory benefits. 401k matching is an exception to that. Also medical insurance cost is high and constantly rising, but I don't consider it a G10 problem - it just is what it is.
We can get someone on video to talk to us at any time. It's a pretty open environment. Also we seem to all be in agreement what we're trying to do the right thing, the best thing, etc.
Everybody on this teams cares about getting the job done right. They care about consultants and clients. They care about each other on the team and will help out anywhere necessary. And we like each other and like working together.
We are definitely in it together. People on this team care about the business and they care about the consultants and the other team members. People are giving it their all. And they are talented people, so it's not just an A for effort.
Glenn (president) and Angie (managing director). They both create an atmosphere where everyone kniws the importance of their contribution. And they allow autonomy in getting the job done. So you know your contribution is necessary to success. And you know you're trusted to get the job done.
The attitude in my own team and the branch and Dev10 is that we are all pulling in the same direction. We're trying to do the right thing. We're trying to do our best for consultants and for each other. It makes it very nice to come to work.
Everyone cares about advancing the ball and we are all signed up for the same goals. And the people enjoy working with each other. It's a great atmosphere. Makes you want to show up for work every day. Plus I think the people are high performing and up to the challenge.
Harley is very engaging and transparent. I like that he takes time to do regular calls with the various teams and with all employees. Glenn is awesome. He makes work fun and funny to boot. He's great to work with. He's very responsive and personal with everyone at every level
