I don't feel undervalued, but do feel an increase in base salary would be justified

Being busy and having my hard work/efforts pay off, via getting placements because we have good/viable clients

Placing a candidate with a job, especially when they are super grateful and excited about their new job

Making placements makes me happy; it's money for me/my company and also provides someone with a job

an increase in base salary should be given; we are not in line with other IT staffing/consulting firms on base salary
